Church School Festival
Y4 visit the Grantham Church School Festival
On Monday 20th of March, Year 4 attended the Church Schools Festival at St. Wulfram’s Church in Grantham. There were lots of other local church schools that attended the festival and we all got involved in a range of activities. Each group had 3 activities to do. Some of these included learning about animals, making stain glass windows, acting out a play, playing a game about Jesus on the iPad and learning to make drum beats using superhero names. We sang songs such as ‘My Lighthouse’ and ‘God can do anything’. We all had a great time and really enjoyed the festival.

We would like to say a huge thank you to Liz Boland for organising a brilliant Church School Festival, as she does every year. Unfortunately, Liz and her family are moving away from Grantham in May so she will be leaving her role as Primary Schools Worker at Grantham Christian Ministries. Liz regularly contributes to our infant services and leads assemblies in school and the children always love to see her and Marvin the Monkey. We will miss Liz and we wish her and her family all the best in their new home.
