On the 16^th June, we brought materials into school because we were making dens. The idea of this was to help raise money for 2 different charities. The two charities are, Save the Children and The Grenfell Tower fire. We are sharing the monies raised between the two charities.

The materials we used for our dens was, cardboard boxes, cones, sticks and material, for example blankets and quilt covers. This was to demonstrate the idea of a shelter.

Riley thought that it was fun because he got to work alongside his friends.

Mia-Bella and I thought that the den making was amazing and would like to do this on a more regular basis.

Everyone had lots of fun, even the teachers! It also helps us realise that there are many people out there who are much more unfortunate than us and we should do what we can to support them.
